Shenzhen, the first City of Design in China designated by UNESCO, is a pioneering new city full of experimentation. Here, artists Shen Shaomin, Wang Peisheng, and primary school students, led by Unbound Studio, will reflect on and build relationships among technology, people, and the city through the combination of art and technology. The Art Macao: Macao International Art Biennale 2023 will be held at the Navy Yard near the A-Ma Temple; while people are immersed in the excitement or even anxiety brought by the emergence of ChatGPT, Shenzhen will build the Noah’s Ark with Art, under the caring eyes of the sea-goddess, just like an oracle, but also quite intertextual. This is the responsibility and commitment of Shenzhen as a renowned city of advanced technologies.
