Xiong Jian-xin is a master of Chinese Arts and Crafts, as well as President of the Nanchang Hangkong University’s College of Art and Design. The Vice-President of the Jiangxi Artist’s Association, Xiong is also the President of the Jiangxi Lacquer Painting Committee. His works has won many national gold awards as well as first prizes on a provincial level, and have been continuously selected for showcase at the National Exhibition of Fine Arts, Beijing International Art Biennale, and other arts and crafts exhibitions in China. His lacquer works have been collected in prominent museums such as the National Art Museum of China, Zhejiang Art Museum, and Guangdong Museum of Art. He has exhibited globally in Russia, South Korea, Canada, the United States, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
