Born in Luanda, Angola, in 1975; lives and works in Lisbon. A self-taught artist, he has exhibited since the mid-2000s, in both solo and group shows, in Angola, Portugal, and abroad. Has participated in exhibitions such as “Checklist Luanda Pop”, the African Pavilion at the Venice Biennial (2007), and in events such as the Luanda Triennial (2006-2007), the Havana Biennial (2009), the Sharjah Biennial (2009), and the São Paulo Biennial (2010). His works are featured in various public and private collections.
